hello,
i hhave dell inspiron 15 R and i need to update drives of my computer because my computer is not configured yet. i tried to contact customer care bt could not able to contact as the line was busy. please help

The best thing to do is go to the link provided.

Select the manual restore, option 3.
Select the OS that you have installed and then go to the Section about install Dell Drivers. At this point it will tell you which Drivers you need to start with, and which order to install them.
To get all the drivers you need, you can go to Support.dell.com and select Drivers and Downloads. Then input your Service Tag into the box (you can find that on your system, on the bottom) then you can select all the drivers you want and then download them all, and even create an ISO and burn them to a CD.
If this does not work, contact Dell Support and supply them with the Journal ID, that will be up in the top Right hand corner of the screen On the page with the Driver order.
