C6100 Drive Light Issues

I just bought a used C6100 with the 12-bay 3.5" drive enclosure. The four nodes have the LSI MegaRAID cards installed.

The RAID cards can see all the drives in the correct bays, but the lights on the drives behave oddly.

Node one is fine. The lights in bays 1-3 all work correctly.

Node two controls the lights for the drives in bays 4-6 as expected. It also turns on the lights for the drives in bays 7-9.

Node three sees the drives in bays 7-9 as expected, but the lights do not come on.

Node four is fine. The lights in bays 10-12 work correctly.

Swapping the nodes from slot to slot makes no difference. The drive light issue stays the same.

I've checked all the cabling and it's correct as far as I can tell.

Any suggestions?
