M1000e Fan Noise

This question is not answered

I have one Blade Enclosure M1000e with 3 M610 and 6 M620 servers.

My problem is that this Enclosure is noisy because of the fans.

They always run at an average speed of 5000 rpm and sometimes have peak at very noisy max speed.

This enclosure is in an air conditionned room with a temperature of 18°C. The temperature in the enclosure is about 19-20°C.

So I have three questions :

Is there a way to control/reduce the fans speed ?

Is there a way to monitor temperature by SNMP or other Nagios Plugin ?

Is there a way to monitor fans speed by SNMP or other Nagios Plugin ?

Thanks for your help
