Dell OpenManage Connection Version 3.0 for IBM Tivoli Network Manager (ITNM) IP Edition is now available

We’re excited to bring the latest release of Dell OpenManage Connection for IBM Tivoli Network Manager (ITNM) IP Edition to you.

The new Dell OpenManage Connection version 3.0 for IBM Tivoli Network Manager Version 3.9, 4.1 and 4.1.1 continues to provide a relatively easy way for current or prospective Dell enterprise customers who use IBM Tivoli Network Manager (ITNM) to monitor Dell devices. The Dell OpenManage connection for ITNM protects and leverages an IT organization’s existing investment in ITNM and helps ease the integration and monitoring of Dell devices by providing a single pane of glass for customers to manage their heterogeneous data center environment. The product equips IT administrators with the information necessary to make rapid yet informed decisions regarding their data center resources and helps to increase staff productivity by reducing unplanned downtime. 

This release supports Dell 10th Generation of PowerEdge servers to Dell 13th Generation servers (including Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 8 (iDRAC8) for 13th generation of PowerEdge servers, Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 7 (iDRAC7) for 12th generation of PowerEdge servers via agent management), Dell Datacenter Scalable Servers (DSS), Dell OEM servers, Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 6 (iDRAC6), Dell Remote Access Controller 5 (DRAC5), Dell Precision Rack workstation, Dell PowerEdge FX2 chassis, Dell PowerEdge M1000e chassis , Dell PowerEdge VRTX Chassis, Dell EqualLogic PS-Series Storage Arrays, Dell PowerVault MD Storage Arrays, Dell Compellent Storage Arrays, 10th Generation of Dell PowerVault NX storage arrays to 12th Generation  of Dell PowerVault NX Storage Arrays and Dell Network switches (M-Series, S-Series, Z-Series, C-Series, N-Series and W-Series). It also supports device specific one-to-one and one-to-Many console launch and other Dell tools from dell devices in the ITNM console to perform troubleshooting, configuration or management activities.

Warranty Information

Warranty Information can be launched from the Dell devices.

Enables IT Administrator to view warranty information of the discovered Dell devices.

Dell OpenManage Connection version 3.0 for ITNM requires Dell OpenManage Connection for Netcool/ OMNibus version 3.0 for event monitoring.
