What is ICS in a nutshell?

The Incident Command System (ICS) Is a flexible, scalable system that provides a common framework for providing emergency response and managing resources for incidents. Developed in the 1970s in response to massive wildfires in California, ICS is the standard, battle tested system used throughout the U.S. fire service.

Operations, developers, R&D, engineering and executives engaged in emergency response for service affecting incidents.


What requirements do you need to meet in order to attend?

No pre-requisites.

Workshop will provide an overview of ICS, description of ICS positions/roles and case studies.
