Here we are less than a week out from next week's Dell Storage Forum: EqualLogic User Conference. I saw in an email yesterday that we are expected to be at capacity for event! This is great news for all those involved; well except for those of us Dell folks who can attend sessions only after all customers have been seated. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining -- that's a great problem to have! It's hard to believe, with the following EqualLogic has, there was actually a bit of a concern regarding attendance early in the planning stages! Some of the sessions (especially those related to networking) were so popular, they've decided to add additional time slots to make sure everyone gets in.
Speaking of sessions, last week I posted this video with a preview of what you'll see in Dallas. I managed to get additional time with a couple more folks from Product Group discussing the content they are working for the event. For your viewing pleasure:
This conference should be an excellent opportunity to not only get educated on best practices around Dell EqualLogic, but also to network with those in the industry. Make sure you stop by and say hello -- I'll be at the DellTechCenter booth in the Services Expo area during the receptions and on breaks.
One of the common questions we've seen, is "What if I can't make it to the Dallas event?" Send me a note or respond to this post. We are collecting the names of interested users, so that the training team can look at scheduling follow up courses in the appropriate regional cities to hit pockets of customers that couldn’t get in.
