Ever since I uninstalled some Dell drivers which I didn't need (everything else seemed to work perfectly) I've been getting the following error in my Error Log:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load: PBADRV
I have seen one post on this already: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3518/t/19303488.aspx
Does anyone know how this might be fixed?
It's been a week - any ideas?
I'm still looking for an answer on this.
This is a Dell driver, so support from Dell on this would be great.

I fixed this error on an Optiplex by opening up the Device manager and clicking on the view menu > Show Hidden Devices. Then i expanded the Non-plug and Play Drivers and right clicked the pbadrv and went to properties. There you can disable the driver. System loads up much faster now and no more errors for me!
