Dell Optiplex GX270 recovery disk

This question is not answered

I have just bought a used Dell Optiplex GX270 and it has the COA label on it and I didn't get the recovery disk with it and I I really want to reset the PC but I don' even know where to start.

Any help with this would be great. Thanks

Request a copy soon before they are gone forever.

    https://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dellcare/en/backupcd_form

Or Buy an OEM Copy of XP

Pro or Home or whatever came with your machine.  The COA will say Home or Pro or Windows 2000 or whatever.

I do not work for Dell. I too am a user.

The forum is primarily user to user, with Dell employees moderating.
