  • Hi Bat-Erdene,

Did your USB keyboard and mouse working previously?

    Are they working in BIOS?

Have you tried the front USB ports?

When the server is turn on, does the num lock, caps lock, scroll lock indicators blink?

yes both keyboard and mouse working fine on other Pc.
when sc440 boot up, on the black screen there is keyboard failture warning and
no blinking lights on it. also i cant run into Bios because of keyboard
for the front usb port it is same still not working

  • Hi there,

Mentioned you have done a NVRAM clear? Through jumper 2,3?

If you have done the NVRAM clear using motherboard access jumper 2,3, and it doesn't work, you might be having a faulty motherboard.

  • Yes i have done with NVRAM. but there is only 2 pin on the board. blue jumper near to sata ports. 1 thing when i put the usb mouse it looks have  power. i don't  wanna believe having a falulty mobo :(

  • Hi Bat-Erdene,

My bad, it's only 2 jumpers. I do hope it's not a faulty motherboard. But seems could be the USB controller which is faulty. The USB ports are able to supply power to any device, but will not work to detect them.

I would probably suggest a PCIe USB controller?
