Can anyone tell me where I can goto for support with RM ?
Theres no contacts in the product, no support page, and it seems filled with bugs.
I'd like to report them back as the dell FTP site is sooooo slow I do need a local repository.
I believe that going through technical support is still the correct path for RM.
I've reported your FTP issue to the Repository Manager team at Dell. As I understand it, FTP speed improvement is something we are working on, but this will take some time to improve.
Based on your message, I'm not exactly sure I know what you are trying to do when you run into your error. If you can give me more details, I can more easily report this issue to someone that can make a change in the future.
I'm still having this issue so I thought I'd reply (finally!).
Basically I have a local repository. I'm trying to put new versions of the files for my servers into that local, from the dell ftp site. I start the manager, select the bundles and try to export them to the local repo. I hit save. The manager tells me its finished (within seconds!!) successfully, but when I check the local repos, none of them are there.
