So I have read all the forums on this issue for both the 7480's and the 5570's having the exact same problem that I am having with the 5580 running Windows 10 but I do not see a solution for this issue. Can some one from Dell tell me if there is a solution for this problem yet? The Bios is updated as are all the other drivers. If I go to services.msc there is no tpm service. If run TPM.msc I can clear the tpm but I still get the same error when trying to enable bitlocker. What next? Had the system board changed once already and still getting same error message. Let me know what is next.
Can we validate within the BIOS that TPM is both on and set to "Active"?
