I am testing upgrading to 9.5 from 8.3, and created a test pod. When I try to login before I do the upgrade I am getting the following error: Unknown error on login. Where can I look at some logs to see what might be causing this?
Our client logs are all located at %programdata%\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption. Probably the easiest way to troubleshoot your login issue is to take a note of the current time on the machine, login, then in the logs go to that time window. You can post excerpts of the logs here if you'd like there shouldn't be much data to clean up in the logs besides perhaps your domain user information which of course feel free to scrub.
