Trying to upgrade to W10/64 from W10/32.
Didn't do the Deprovisioning correctly when moving from W7 to W10 32b.
To move to 64b need to do a clean install which I can't.
How do I remove the pre-login encryption?
There's a couple ways we can remove the PBA but there's a few moving parts so it might be best to have you call into our support queue at 877.459.7304 Ext. 4310039 and discuss with them.
As long as you have the bundle created when you setup Dell Data Protection we should easily be able to get that removed and you on your way to Windows 10 x64.
