I purchased a Zune last year from Dell, along with an extended 2 year warranty. The center button stopped working, and we need to send it in, but I cannot find out how in the world to do this. The support links all ask for an Express Service Code, but the white label that Dell affixed to the Zune box does not have a 5-7 digit alphanumeric code, so I cannot go that route. Any ideas on how to contact them so I don't have an expensive paper weight?

Since this is a Microsoft product and would not have a Dell Express Service Code you will have to contact Microsoft.
Call this number 1-877-get-zune they will walk you through the process send you a box to fed ex so you can mai to them for repair.
