I have had my monitor for about 4 months now. However, yesterday I noticed that on the left side of the screen it has a darker tint and more pixelated appearance with occasional horizontal lines. I have already tried resetting to factory defaults on the OSD menu screen and the problem is still apparent when I ran the Built-In Diagnostics by holding buttons 1 and 4. The problem still occurs despite using a different DVI cable and the problem is not present when I connect my computer to my roommates monitor. Is there anything else I should try or a way to get the monitor replaced? I am also now noticing that some text images appear to be burned in to the left side when I watch a video.
Post some pictures of the screen when running the Built-In Diagnostics.

Since your monitor only has an attached Dell Order number and not a Service Tag number, contact Dell Customer Support. Provide to them the following data so they can setup a like for like monitor exchange =Email Address:Name:Shipping Address:Phone number:Monitor Order number:Monitor 20 digit alphanumeric PPID serial number:Reason:Image 1 shows the blueish color as well as some of the purple burn-inhttp://img822.imageshack.us/img822/1498/1hrt.jpg
Note: Once outside of the initial 30 days from the original invoice date, the replacement will be a refurbished/used monitor.
I don't think I have a Dell Order number. I ordered from Amazon.
Contact Dell Order Support for your country. They will need to contact the Dell Tag Team through internal Chat WHILE you are on the phone with them. Provide the following information to the Order Support representative so they can feed the data to the Dell Tag Team via Chat:Brick or Online Store = AmazonPurchase date =Monitor Model =Monitor 20 digit PPID alpha-numeric serial number =[Your]Email =Name =Shipping Address =Phone =* The Tag Team will then attempt to create a unique Dell Order number tying you to the monitor PPID number. Once done, the Order Support person can then setup a like for like monitor exchange.
