I can't find any information on how to fix the error 123-314 SYSTEM RESTART PRINTER.
I've already turned off the printer and waited 10 seconds, that didn't work. Also tried to hold the menu button down, but the screen did not change.

Unfortunately that error appears to refer to a system board failure. Try powering it off and removing all of the cables on the unit except power. Then turn it back on and see if you still have the same error. If that still happens, contact support for service if your warranty is valid.
