This just started. I didn't do anything to the printer. This is the second V313 that this has happened to. There is a paper jam error message. The problem seems to be that the paper is not being pulled into the printer. How can I fix this?
Does you printer have a duplexer? If so, did you try taking the back off and remove any stuck documents in the printer?
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
