My wireless signal is reading 0%. My wireless router is working fine as I can connect on all my computers to the internet. Has my adapter purchased with the printer gone bad?
Power off the ISP modem/router and the wireless router(if any). Wait 30 seconds, then power on the ISP modem/router. Wait 15 seconds, then power on the wireless router(if any).
Unplug the printer from the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Does the printer connect to your network?
