It started printing red in the middle of a document. I have changed to a new cartidge with no improvement. These are Dell brand cartrides.
I would take to plcae of purchase for a replacement, sounds like a faulty cartridge.
You do have the complete-a-Print boxes unchecked, correct?
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
