What would have caused this? What can I do? I have trying shutting it off and disconnecting USB cord, etc. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall? Thre is a blinking light that indicates low black ink, but should I get any other notice that ink is low? (It has not been used for long, so that is annoying!) THX!

Unfortunately when the toner is completely out, the printer will not print anymore til that cartridge in question is replaced with a new one or one with more toner in it.
