I have a AIO 948 Printer, and when I try to scan something to my computer it says "Downloading Applicaiton List". It sits there for about a minute and than eventually says "Cannot retrieve application list". Anybody know how to fix this?
Check your settings for...
Enable Bidirectional Support/Enable Biodirectional Support
Check your virus programs and firewalls for communications. You have to scan from the printer, wireless and from the computer with the USB connection.
