Hello, I recently purchased a Dell model 3650 i3. I'm running Windows 10. Also purchased a new modem which has been set up via my provider. When trying to connect to the internet I am getting an error that the Ethernet connection does not have a valid IP address. The provider says everything is showing good going into and out of the modem.
