Hi..I have a Dell Inspiring 3520 with Windows 8. I'm having problems connecting my wireless to my laptop. I have a Jetpak from Verizon & it was working great but then I didn't use it for 2 wks..turned it on today & tried to connect & it wouldn't. I called Verizon they said it was laptop..called Dell they said it was the Jetpak. So I'm at a standstill & frustrated..I've tried everything to connect..troubleshooting restarting it..any help would be greatly appreciated!
I would like you to check if any other devices are able connect wirelessly using Jetpak router. This helps us to isolate the problem between router and laptop.
If other devices are connecting wirelessly, let us troubleshoot the laptop.
To assist you further, I would like to know if the laptop is unable to connect to internet wirelessly or unable to connect to the wireless network or if it is unable to detect the wireless network.
Please reply for further help.
