I bought a brand new Dell Inpiron N5110 a few days ago and I'm having trouble with it already. I have tried connecting to the internet but all I get is "connecting to WAN miniport". Plus I don't see any lights when I connect the modem to the Ethernet port. The modem and the Ethernet cable are working fine as other computers are able to connect to the internet using the same modem and cable.I have also checked device manager and I don't see any devices marked red or yellow.HELP!!!

• Let us try a couple of steps to check if this problem is with the Ethernet port or not, so find the below link to find the simple troubleshooting steps.
• In addition to this we also need to refresh the NIC card drivers ( Network card drivers )

NOTE: The link integrity lights on the network connector have been removed for N5110 laptop.
