Cannot connect to IE or AOL. Get the following error message: Error: AC-3001 0x84100118. Tried rebooting and resetting router. Using Dell Latitude D610 Windows XP Professional. BelkinNet is available but I get a message saying that their is no connection to the internet available. Help.
