I just recently formatted my laptop and installed windows on it. But for some reason now my laptop won't find any wireless connections AT ALL! theres like no option for me to go anywhere to find wifi!? I'm confused...I'm pretty sure I've installed the network drivers...and that's not the only thing though...I've installed most of the drivers including the drivers that tell me if my caps lock is on when I hit the caps lock key, but even that doesn't show up on the screen. I seriously need to get this internet problem fixed before I go back to my school residents.
When you installed Windows, did you install the desktop/notebook system utility9if applicable) and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
You should be able to start with the system utility and the chipset drivers, then install the drivers in order.
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
Original poster, If you have solved your problem, can you please mark the correct thread(s) with your solution. Thanks
