When I'm watching videos on the internet, I can watch it for about 10 minutes and then, there is no internet connection. So I have to restart my laptop and then, I have internet connection again.
I have a Dell Inspiron 1720 with a Dell Wireless 1395 WLAN Mini-Card (with the latest driver according to Dell web site), and Windows Vista Home premium.
My wife can watch the same video on the internet with no problem with her HP laptop.
Is there something wrong with my Dell Wireless 1395 WLAN Mini-Card?
In the Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility, I ran connection diagnostics (with good internet connection at the start of the diagnostic) and it fails on Internet IP Ping. But at the same time, I can surf on the internet with no problem.
Can you help please?
