i am having a dell mobile xcd28 . its touch is not working and i had visited to authorised service center (digicom, Nehruplace) last week (Friday). I was told that audit is going on so we can't service your mobile. now its 8 days and they are still saying that they can't provide me any solution. Today i have called the customer service no. 1800-425-4050 and the executive said me that she don't know hindi. what is this.
Authorized service centers have limited services to offer especially on mobile. With regards to contacting Dell, following up your concern would be the best move. It is very frustrating just to wait for any response.
