I accidentally clicked a button that made everything on my screen small :( and i don't know how to get it back or to make it bigger. any suggestions?

Hi, my Dell laptop wont start up. I would turn it on and it would go to windows logo screen and then go black. I tried the system recovery and then it says insert the instalation media for the device and click ok to select the driver. I dont have a cd and all the drivers I use are not being recognized...
