    Hi, When I have my external Toshiba 1TB 3.0 HD plugged in with my receiver for my microsoft mouse 3500 it becomes jumpy and slow. What could be causing this? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but that didn't fix it. Any suggestions or fixes??? My laptop is a Dell XPS 14z.
