Please share the system model.
You can try using your system in ‘Safe mode with Networking’ and see if it exhibits the same behavior.

Check if the issue persists there.

I did the tests and all the black spots still remain. What. Could be the issue? Is it fixable?
A display with 1 to 5 fixed sub-pixel is considered normal and within industry standards.
