Camera dell inspiron 3520

I have a problem with the camera of my DELL.

The problem is when i open the app of the camera, the app say me "connect a camera" .

How i can resolve the problem?

 

Tengo un problema con la cámara de mi DELL.

El problemas es cuando abro la aplicación de la cámara, la aplicación me dice "conecte una cámara".

Como puedo resolver el problema?

    Check if the webcam is detected in Device manager.

    • Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    Check if webcam is detected under imaging device.

    Also, run diagnostics on webcam.

    Under component select camera and click on Run diagnostics.

    The webcam is not detected on the computer. We need to replace the webcam on the computer.

    If the computer is under warranty, I would be glad to arrange a service on the computer.
