I have a problem with the camera of my DELL.
The problem is when i open the app of the camera, the app say me "connect a camera" .
How i can resolve the problem?

Hi Zoro58,Check if the webcam is detected in Device manager.• Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.Check if webcam is detected under imaging device.Also, run diagnostics on webcam.Under component select camera and click on Run diagnostics.Awaiting your response!

Don't detect the camera
Hi Zoro58,The webcam is not detected on the computer. We need to replace the webcam on the computer.If the computer is under warranty, I would be glad to arrange a service on the computer.I have added you as a friend.
