I have a Vostro 3750 and I updated my Webcam Central software, but the update froze and only half installed.
I then tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it using the software disk provided with my laptop.
The software did not uninstall properly and a message pops up saying that the 0\CTCabEx.DLL is not found. The reinstall using the disk does not work at all -the process runs, but nothing is installed.
My machine is running Windows 7.
How can I fix this problem?

Did the webcam show in the symptom tree?
Was there any error messages?
