Win XP SP3 Dell 1501 Laptop. I have a client who has macular degeneration and cannot see "normal" resolution. She needs 800 x 600. Every time I set it and she shuts down the PC it returns to the "normal" resolution that she cannot see (1280 x 800?). I need some suggestoins as to what to do. Is it possible I need to load new video drivers? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
