In a way, you can - the GPU is part of the processor. You can upgrade it to an i5, etc. but that won't net you much improvement.
If your question is, can you upgrade to discrete video (ATI or nVidia), then the answer is no - doing that requires a replacement mainboard.

The board will run somewhere around $350-400. If you need to pay a shop to install it, add another $100 in labor - and you will lose your system warranty if you choose to do this.
