I received a E6410 2 weeks ago which came with Windows 7 Pro 32-bit and Dell included "CyberLink PowerDVD 9.5". Due to a need to upgrade from 4G RAM to 8G RAM, I had to re-image the E6410 for Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit. I now have Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit installed including all of the drivers/apps from the dell driver download website. Dell sent me 5 DVDs with Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit; one of these DVDs is "Media Playback Software" but on this DVD is only 2 Zip files:fluendo_codecs_a00.tgz & powerdvd_a04.tar.gz. How do I get "CyberLink PowerDVD 9.5"?
Try going to My Dell Downloads :: Login on the computer. Log in and click add system. It will scan the system and then you can download Power DVD from there.
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
