I've been looking for the webcam application in this laptop but I couldn't find any. Can you help me to at least show me where I can find it

Everytime i open Dell Webcam Central to adjust the settings on my webcam the avatar is stuck on the white cat. Nothing i seem to do changes this. Can anyone help?
