I have an Inspiron 17R laptop, purchased in Jan 2013 that will not boot. It powers on, briefly shows the Dell screen, then the screen goes to grey. I have run the hardware diagnostics and it shows no problems or error messages.

Its a Inspiron 17R SE 7720. I read through the link info, windows 8 was preloaded on this, where would I get a Windows 8 OS Media or Windows 8 USB key or Direct USB Key?
