I received this error code on my laptop. What does it mean?
error code 2000-0142
Ms hard drive 0-s/n s2wmgehv short self test unsessful
It means your hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.

My laptop/hard drive is only 4 months old why would it need to get replaced
You must of had a bad drive, phone Dell Technical Support and they should send you out as you are in warranty.

Queria saber si hay exenciones para este fallo ya que me he informado y es muy numeroso.
No es normal que un disco duro practicamente vacio y sin uso ya este defectuoso.
Me lamento de haber elegido esta marca.
