Xps 12 new cypress touchpad driver - problem with downloading

Hi, I'm having problem with downloading the new driver. I'm getting this error: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriversError/DownloadError?err=103

Lately I always get this error when trying to download new drivers. What's the problem? Thanks.

    You may receive this error temporarily if the web site is undergoing maintenance. I have checked the download and it is working properly now. I suggest you to use a different browser, if you receive the same error repeatedly. You can download the file from the following link:

  • still the same problem:

    "Sorry, the requested file could not be downloaded.
    Invalid File I.D. The file does not exist."
    tried with chrome and explorer. for windows 8.

    Thank you for your reply and apologize for the delay is responding to your request. This could be a temporary issue or could be due to a virus on the computer. I suggest you to run a thorough scan after updating the security software on the computer and let me know your findings.
