Issues with my Inspiron 15R. My problem it is intermitant. Called tech support for 2 days, got switched from software tech to hardware back to software and back to hardware. Nothing resolved. My problem it started to work. But this has been the problem who knows when it will go out next time. Tough luck for me??
I had a Brighthouse tech to my house. Checked the wireless signal, good. I have a new router from Brighthouse since upgraded to Roadrunner Lighting. Ran speed tests some did not registar at all some only .5 -1.0 download speed. He used his computer 40 +download speed. Said he found that this form mentioned the wireless worked after switching out card. Dell would not do that. I have a 2 year hardware warrenty. and I'm in my 5th month. Purchased in Jan 2012.
Dell did their remote 2 times, nothing.
Am I stuck with a computer that will function on the internet when it feels like it?
Also, a side note. the power button sometimes does not power turn on if I am using battery. Battery is fully charged.
