Help my Inspiron N5010 laptop won't turn on

hi, today i encountered a problem my laptop doesn't turn on every time i turn it on it just crashes and turn back on with the "Startup Repair window" and it checks for the problem(which it can find) and it tries fixing the problem but it can't, what should i do? (BTW don't tell me to run dell diagnostic repair cause i can't log on or anything this screen just shows up)

  • ieee448 my warranty expired and the other information u talked bout i have no idea wut u were saying?

  • Run an extended hard drive diagnostic - F12 at powerup (it loads outside of Windows).

  • ejn63 i tried that  it doesn't work
