They lost another laptop and are blaming me!! In December, they had the laptop I returned, now they don't have it. They want me to prove i returned it. If they told you they received it last December, would you still be saving your tracking number? I threw it out after they confirmed they received it. There seems to be no explaining to these people. They talk over you and interrupt. This company should be out of business for deceptive practices. The USA office sells you a computer and probably completes the sale by laughing "another sucker takes the bait" Then they pass you off to India. Must be so no one can find them and slap them.
So here i am, no working laptop, a service contract paid for through 2012, no technical support, and Michael Dell is laughing all the way to the bank. He's too afraid to take our calls. And we foolishly made him rich. I hope he reads this and enjoys bilking a senior citizen of hard earned money.
