touchpad is too sensitive

This question is not answered

Hi,

Can anyone help me please?

I am running Windows 7 on my Dell Inspiron 10.

How can I disable the touchpad?

It is impossible to type!

Thank you,

BonnyC

  • The jumping cursor is a problem because of pad sensitivity and dangling fingers. In some cases you don't even need to touch the pad, just come close. You could try to adjust this in the touchpad control panel, but the best way is to download TouchFreeze, a utility that shuts down the pad when you start to type.
