Press Ctrl ALT Del to restart
I do this to no avail.
Windows will not open.
I have spent 2 hours trying to get tech support with Dell, I have 2 years warranty, but now I am told this is a software issue. I have not installed any software, other then what came installed with the laptop.
I need HELP!
Start with an extended (NOT just quick) hard drive diagnostic. F12 at powerup - choose Dell diagnostics, run the quick test, boot to the 32-bit diags thereafter and run a complete test on the drive.
