Hi all. This is one of those unexplainable phenomenon's that just happen to this one laptop and not the rest.My customer is troubleshooting with Dell Pro Support, but they have no reported incident as of yet and no reference on how to fix this beyond reinstalling. So I send a shout out to any whom have experienced similar problems.Basically, the settings made are not stored between shutdowns, and he has to adjust cursor speed a.s.o. every time he boots up. Have asked my client to post the next thread to explain in detail what’s going on.

ProSupport has found a solution to this problem: They went into registry under HKEY_LOCAL_SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and removed KHALMNPR.EXEApparently the Logitech Hardware Abstraction Layer had an impact. Thanks for the solution ProSupport.
