I have tried downloading all the drivers but it didnt change.
On the Inspiron N5110 / 15R, use the Fn + F2 key to turn wireless ON or OFF. Use Windows Mobility Center in the control panel to check the status of the wireless connection or please follow the steps mentioned below to turn on WIFI.
If you are not able to enable WIFI then I would suggest you to reinstall the BIOS and the wireless card driver on the system in sequence. Please let me know the wireless card on your system so that I could suggest you the correct driver or please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the Windows 8 Operating system and download the BIOS from BIOS section and the wireless card from Network section.
