VLC And Waarranty

will use of vlc media player in dell laptop avoid warranty ?

Am using Inspiron 5110.Having 3 year complete cover protection.

My one speaker is not working properly.When i contacted dell customer care  they said use of vlc  cancel the warranty.

What am i supposed to do ?

    Using of VLC Media Player does not void the warranty.
    The computer would continue to have the same warranty for 3 years with complete care protection.
    Please reply if you have any further questions.

  • The customer care executive is telling  that issue with my speaker wont be covered under warranty because it got damaged because of the use of VLC player. Will my issue with the speakers get resolved under warranty ?

    Please help.
