NVIDIA: You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU

This question is not answered

Hello,

Firstly, I know nothing about computers so please explain as clear as possible. I get the message "You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU" when I click on the NVIDIA Settings, so I guess my graphics card isn't working? Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have a Dell XPS17.

  • Do you have the monitor connected to the Nvidia GeForce GT 555M or the onboard computer graphic connector? Sounds like Nvidia is saying connect the monitor to the GeForce card.
