I am only looking for more-detailed specifications and product support like drivers and manuals.

Interesting. Except that manual says that the processor is an AMD Athlon II Neo in an RS880M chipset, whereas the Newegg site says that the iM101z has an Intel Core i3-330UM 1.2GHz in an Intel HM57 chipset... though the casing is certainly the same.
We're getting closer it seems.
I would not be surprised if the extra i up front simply stands for Intel. Maybe the only difference is the i3 cpu and the board mount it?
The M101z is the INtel version. The M102z is the AMD.
Interestingly, putting in a service tag brings up this:

The Dell Inspiron iM101z-3980BK is a re-badged Dell Inspiron 1121, with slightly different specs (all of which are items that are user-swappable).
The model itself began life as a modified Inspiron 1120 (a model you could buy directly from Dell) that had either a Celeron or Pentium Dual-Core processor.
The original Dell Inspiron 1121 had a 500gb 7200rpm hard drive, 4gb of RAM and, most importantly, a Sprint WiMAX/3G card.
It was sold initially and exclusively through Sprint as a 2-year contract subsidized laptop (similar to how Verizon does with netbooks). They then started appearing used on eBay and Dell Outlet and became popular as one of the only (if not THE only) 11.6" nertbook with an Intel Core i3 processor, if only a ULV version.
The iM101z-3980BK as sold on NewEgg is the same model, with 2GB of RAM, 250gb 5400rpm hard drive and missing the Sprint 3G/WiMAX cards.
